Value-added Resellers are categorized as:

  • VAR — VARs embed the Giva customer service and help desk software products with their core offering, tailored to the needs of the targeted vertical markets that the VAR serves.
  • Reseller — Resellers work with Giva to resell our fully branded services to customers – typically in emerging and developing markets where Giva has limited direct sales presence and little brand awareness.
  • OEM — OEM partners embed Giva and create new on-demand services, existing largely outside the customer service and help desk market.
