- Reseller — Resellers work with Giva to resell our fully branded services to customers – typically in emerging and developing markets where Giva has limited direct sales presence and little brand awareness.
- OEM — OEM partners embed Giva and create new on-demand services, existing largely outside the customer service and help desk market.
