Customer Service Events in the US for 2020

Customer service (CS) is becoming one of the biggest differentiators between successful and unsuccessful businesses. More specifically, there has been a rising focus on CS on social media and its effectiveness in increasing revenue. For this reason, many events this year have decided to focus on the digital customer journey. Below is a list of upcoming CS events for 2020.

  1. Customer Contact Week (CCW): January 28-31, JW Marriott, Nashville

    CCW is a four-day event consisting of informative presentations, networking opportunities, think tanks and site tours. The first day transports participants to a number of locations where presentations relevant to each location will be held. The following days will include a large variety of events including workshops, report briefs and project analysis sessions on topics such as customer loyalty, automation, customer intent and omnichannel experiences.

  2. Chief Customer Officers, USA: February 5-6, The Westin Peachtree Plaza, Atlanta

    This two-day event is an opportunity for CCOs to network, share and gain knowledge on customer centricity and care. The event will consist of a number of 30-minute presentations, panel discussions and discussion groups on a variety of topics including data-driven customer service, brand consistency, omnichannel experiences, customer-first digital transformations and much more.

  3. Next Generation Customer Experience (NGCX): March 23-25, Hyatt Regency, Indian Wells, California

    This event brings together leading customer service experts to discuss perfecting the customer experience. Each day of this three-day event focuses on a specific topic with day one focusing on using customer insights to streamline experience; day two discussing putting the customer first and silo culture; and day three focusing on strategies used to foster customer loyalty.

  4. 2020 Customer Experience Conference: March 25-27, InterContinental Hotel, New Orleans

    This conference is based around the theme "Excellence Personified". It aims to help participants discover how to become the customer's first choice and improve patient satisfaction. Some topics that will be discussed include call center employee engagement and balancing security and the customer experience in the modern age.

  5. Smart Customer Service 2020: April 27-29, JW Marriott, Washington DC

    Smart Customer Service brings participants together to learn, share and introduce innovative CS technology. They will also gain insights into how some leading organizations interact with customers and maximize their value. In addition, there will be a customer solutions expo for the duration of the three-day event.

  6. The Customer Service Summit: June 8-9, San Diego Mission Bay Resort, San Diego

    The CS Summit aims to assist attendees in developing effective customer service strategies and making CS the focus of businesses.
