This event brings together leading customer service experts to discuss perfecting the customer experience. 2020 Customer Experience Conference: March 25-27, InterContinental Hotel, New Orleans
This conference is based around the theme "Excellence Personified". It aims to help participants discover how to become the customer's first choice and improve patient satisfaction. Some topics that will be discussed include call center employee engagement and balancing security and the customer experience in the modern age.
