Finding a ticket in Giva is an essential skill for efficiently managing customer service requests and issues. Whether you need to track down a specific ticket or browse through a customer's history, Giva offers simple and intuitive search functionalities.

Using the Dashboard for Ticket Search

Navigating to Find Tickets

  1. Accessing Find Tickets: Start on your home page dashboard and click on "Find Tickets". This feature is designed for quick and easy access to your ticket search needs.
  2. Entering Search Criteria: In the search bar, you have multiple options for finding a ticket:
    • Enter a specific ticket number if you know it.
    • Type in a customer's name or details related to the customer.
    • Press the Enter key to initiate the search.

Handling Non-Exact Matches

If your search doesn't yield an exact match, Giva will present you with a list of potential matches. Choose the name of the person you’re looking for to view a list of their associated tickets.

Performing a Ticket Search from Any Page

You can conduct a similar search from the upper right corner of any page within Giva. This universal search bar allows you to quickly enter a ticket number or a person’s name from wherever you are in the system.

Refining Search Results

On the right side of the search results, you have the ability to change filters to narrow down or alter your search results. These filters offer various ways to refine your search, helping you find exactly what you're looking for.
