Like the Change Category Report, the Change Department Report provides information about who is requesting changes within an organization. This is useful for developing a long-term improvement strategy for individual departments. The Change Department (sometimes called a Change Source) report allows you to query by Department, Service Group, Priority, Scope, Change Category and date range.
