Harvard Business School Hosts Leadership Program on CSR This Fall

In response to the ever-growing trend of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Harvard Business School will be hosting a program titled "Corporate Social Responsibility: Strategies to Create Business and Social Value" Oct 18-21, 2015.

Harvard Business School CSR Strategies

Taking place on Harvard Business School's campus, the leadership program will focus on the benefits a company can attain through CSR by examining three core principles: design strategy, driving social responsibility, and managing risk and decision making.

Participants will be mentored by educators, researchers, and award-winning authors from Harvard Business School. Through a combination of small group discussions, case studies, and real world exercises, participants will gain valuable insight into successful CSR strategies.

The program is specifically designed to educate senior executives who are in charge of corporate social responsibility programs. People who oversee public affairs, philanthropy, and sustainability initiatives can also benefit from this program. More generally, anyone interested in implementing positive changes through the power of business should also apply.

Attendees can expect to improve their organization's performance, and critically examine their current CSR programs with the hopes of generating even more productive strategies. By taking advantage of the innovative techniques and practices taught in this course, businesses can find ways to make a positive impact on the world.
